Michael, or Lodge as he’s known in the motherland, hails from England but we’ve been lucky enough to have him here in the US for the last 15 years or so.

Em joined our team in 2022 as our logistics coordinator. They’ve been helping out with our daily logistics, installs, procuring our unique materials and learning some furniture building skills in the shop.

It’s hard to get a proper picture of Luke because he never stops moving! Luke has been a woodworker for years, learning through building furniture for his own family and renovating his home.

When ACS owner Josh first met Rich, he asked him what he considered himself to be good at. Rich responded nonchalantly, “I can do anything you need!”

Cain has been with ACS since 2020 and dove headfirst into every challenge that’s been presented to him. In the fall of 2021, he was promoted to our shop manager, in addition to being our lead craftsman and 3x winner of the Cain Lackey Employee of the Week Award.

Brad has been a valued part of the ACS family for many years as a friend, and officially joined our team in early 2023. With a background in architecture spanning a decade, his passion for furniture design has led him to become our esteemed Lead Designer.

Josh Scheutzow is the founder of A Carpenter’s Son, which began with him slinging cutting boards and t-shirts out of his garage with the goal to raise some extra money for his son’s adoption.
