Blending Old With New
Columbus Brewing Company is nestled in the historic Trolley Barn of Columbus’s East Market, and we had the honor of being a part of furnishing their space in this former carriage and trolley repair shop. Mode Architects, designers of the space, cultivated a blend of old and new, highlighting this Columbus landmark's historic elements while maintaining a polished look.
Inside the Trolley Barn
For the indoor tables, we used solid walnut paired with industrial steel bases, a duo that brings warm sophistication while also standing the test of time with customer use. We partnered with Fortner Upholstery to add stunning leather bench seating in two different tones that really make the walnut shine.
Tables for All Seasons
Out on the patio, the cumaru tables steal the show. We know that furniture is put to the ultimate test in commercial spaces in all kinds of ways, and that's why these tables were crafted to withstand the elements without sacrificing any class.
Creating Community
This was our second project with Columbus Brewing Company and Mode Architects, and it was a fun community effort of creativity and collaboration. CBC has managed to create a space that's more than just a brewery—it's a community hub that we are incredibly proud to be a part of.
